Things to consider when planning an event...

Menu Choice

​All ideas have been priced per portion to enable you to start building a menu that suits you. Our menus are suggestions if you have any favourite dishes or ideas please just let us know and we would be happy to recreate them

Crockery, cutlery and glass wear

​Crystal or glass, china or porcelain, the choices do affect the price
A guide for a two course setting ranges from £4 - £10 per head  

Table cloths

White rectangular 70"x108" cloth     seats 6/8 people       £9.95
​White round 120" diameter cloth       seats 8/10 people    £14.50

Refridgeration

​We can supply a refrigerated trailor suitable to store food and drinks for a two day hire, with collection on the third day for £245.
Extra days possible at a surcharge.
Delivery charged at 45p per mile

Staffing

​We can staff an event with as much or as little presence as required. Our staff aim to give the day the feel that you would like, either formal, discreet or relaxed. Our friendly efficient team work hard to give you an event to remember.

Price gui f   For a relaxed short informal to a long formal event £4 - £20 per head

Drinks

​We do not charge corkage on any occasion
We are more than happy to guide you towards a vendour with a sale or return policy and we are happy to serve drinks that you supply

​We can help with other aspects of drinks supply, for example
​Ice £1.25 per bag
​Bottle disposal £60 per wheel bin sized amount
​Lemons or limes 40p each


The final costs will mostly be determind by your food choices, style of service and timings on the day, along with table set up.
